Whether you are an America OnLine user or not, you can use the *free* 
service - all you need is the free software program.
	Recent editions of Netscape have it built in, or you can get a copy 
from download.com at

	During installation, consider picking a screen name that has 
"Zap" in it (NOT mandatory) it so other ZapBuddies will recognize you. 
I use ZapDuff.  Then create a ZapFolks buddy list. Just copy and paste 
each name below into your contact list. Don't forget to EMail me with 
your screen name so I might add it to this list! 
	Once you logon to the service, you will be alerted when other 
ZapFolks come on line... and    voila: Instant support group!
